Please note that once you have made your order, you will not be able to cancel your order online. In case your want to cancel your order, please call to 011/015 6426 24 immediately, no more than 3 minutes after you place your order online.

All orders are delivered by nham24.com team, we and the restaurants will make every effort to deliver the order within time stated, however, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late ordering. If the order is not delivered within the specified time, please call us at 011/015 6426 24, we will ensure that your order will reach you as soon as possible.
If you fail to accept delivery of food at the time they are ready for delivery or we are unable to deliver to you at the nominated time due to your failure to provide appropriate instructions or directions, then such order would be deemed to have been delivered to you and all risk and responsibility in relation to such order will be passed onto you.
Please note that there might be cases in which delivery to some locations might not be possible. If this is the case the restaurant or we will inform you in advance and arrange either cancellation of order or delivery to an alternative address provided by you.
